I've seen this problem mentioned on here before, but how exactly do you go about it? I have a bag of tortillas, and when I pull them apart, they rip, and some pieces stay stuck together. Is there any way to make them unstick (certain temperature, etc)? Or is it that once they're stuck they're stuck?
its the tempurature getting too warm. Put them in the freezer for a few minutes; separate and put wax paper between
actually, they are cold.... not frozen, but fridge cold =/
I take the package and just bend the whole stack at once. that seems to get them apart without tearing them
girlfighting has it right. of course i find that they cook better if i take them out of the fridge 10-15 minutes before cooking, but even then i bend them just to make sure they don't stick and tear.
