I find slim fast slowly works when you drink your morning serving -has b12 - (helps you wake up) eat some low fat yogurt and for lunch a slim fast and special k cracker chips and dinner is whateever with allot of water plus sometimes when you think your hungry your actually thirsty.
You realize everything that you listed has virtually no nutritional value?
Why don't you try eating real food instead. It may actually help you in the long run.
Yeah, I use slimfast instead of just having coffee and junk all day. So much better than a drive thru or vending machine when I do get hungry. Great for a busy dieter.
