I don't have the swine flu ...so preemptively no swine flu comments lol
I got the flu last night around 1am....I haven't thrown up since 7am...and I was able to keep down broth and toast a few hours ago I still have chills and am not feeling 100%...what are some suggestions that won't be to hard on my stomach.
Keep going with broths and plain toast. Plus plenty of other fluids. Other easily digested foods when you're ready.... steamed fish, stewed fruit, yoghurt, well-cooked vegetables...
Stick with BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast).... you don't want to upset your digestion and they're very easy on the stomach. Soup and toast is a great way to go. Your body will let you know when it's ready for more demanding food but it won't be for a day or so.
