Here is my recipe for homemade pumpkin soup and the serving size is around 200grams, but i am unsure of what the calories of that serve would be.

So anyone can work that out for me: that would be great thanks

1.175 kg - pumpkin - 235 calories
2 cups - water - 0 calories
1 large onion - 67 calories
Edgell creamed Corn - 106 calories
4 cubes - Chicken stock in 4 tablespoons of hot water - ??? calories

once the onion, pumkpkin and water are simming and cooked. It needs to be mixed with a barmix or blender. Then add the creamed corn and the chicken stock and then mix again until you get a nice creamy consistency.
Serve into bowl  - 200 grams.

But i am not sure of Calories ????

Please Help!!!   Thanks

There's about 10 calories in a chicken bouillon cube.

Can't you just add all of the calories together, then divide by the number of servings?

And have you visited the recipe analyzer over in the recipes forum?

Hi molly:::

I wasnt sure about the calories in the cubes,(thanks for letting me know)  but i actaully did add the other calories together and i think it worked out to be 20.4 calories per 100 grams, and i was thinking, wow, that is nice and low. I could eat that all the time,

but that wouldnt work out right???

Would it???
