Are the calories absorbed???

Hi. I have a couple of questions. :)

1) lets say your baking an apple pie. The crust is pretty high in carbs and fat (aka butter and flour) but he filling is relatively healthy (apples, honey cinnamon) and you only eat the filling of a slice-- is the fat from the crust absorbed into the filling?

2) if you cook chicken with the skin on, is the fat absorbed Into the meat?
