I usually drink a smoothie every morning, but I'm really not sure what I need it on and what I don't. I have made a recipe on my profile, check it out and tell me if its okay, or I should change it. Also, I don't have much time to eat in the morning so, whats some healthy things for breakfast?
Oh, and I have CFRD (Cystic Fibrosis Related Diabetes), so I'd like to eat less carbs.

Some fast and easy breakfasts:
- Tuna with half a mashed avocado on a low carb tortilla with a Roma tomato and shredded cheese
- 3 ounces beef jerky with an apple and peanut butter
- Greek yogurt with berries and almonds
An omlette with fresh veggies in it or on the side or fruit...I'd go for veggies given the diabetes.
Eggs and veggies baked into bell peppers.
Anything that you'd eat at any other meal.
Smw just reminded me of something my husband e-mailed me the other day. Paleo egg "cupcakes"! You can make a batch on the weekend and refrigerate/freeze them to use throughout the week.
