did you workout before you started the 30 day shred? and do you do any other workout with it, like maybe running or something, or do you just do the 30 day shred? Thanks! :)

I am currently doing Ripped in 30 and am on level 3. I have done 30 Day Shred, I think a total of three times. Both DVDs have the same approach, the same interval training. Ripped in 30 has 4 levels whereas 30 Day Shred has only three. IMHO, I think the Ripped in 30 is harder - well, at least some of it has been for me. That being said, I think they are both good. It is key that you are working more than one muscle group at a time.
I am also doing Blast Fat Boost Metabolism (i think that is what it is called) which is a 45 minute cardio workout, also with lots of combination moves. It is intense! Anway, I didn't feel I was getting enough cardio with the Ripped in 30, so I do this one 3-4 days a week and try to do the Ripped in 30 5-6 days per week.
I feel this is working very well for me. I definitely am feeling stronger and more toned and have increased my cardiovascular strength as well.
I started Ripped in 30 today, and loved it, I also added in another 15 minutes of turbo jam cardio party, and an 11 minute run. I felt great after, cant wait for tomorrow.
turbo jam cardio party - is that by beach body? i've seen it advertised on my tony horton 10-minute trainer videos - it looks like fun!
