Anyone had any success with exercises to slim down thighs? I'm 5'1, 112 pounds- want to lose about 7-10 more but am pretty athletically built- I build muscle in my legs very quickly. I know you can't spot reduce- I do 1hr+ of cardio (run, stairclimber, swim, eliptical) 6-7 days per week, yoga 3-4 days per week, pilates 1 x per week and strength train with light weights/lots of rep 3 days per week- my thighs are toned I just want them thinner...any ideas?
I easily build muscle in my thighs too. What I have found that works. Is to stop the stairclimber, it works your thighs too much and builds that muscle and only walk on a flat grad up hill will work the thighs also. I have done pilates and a lot of stretching to lengthing my thigh muscles so they are not as bulky. It wont happen over night but it will work. Good Luck.
