can you give me some tips on how to get motivated. I like doing zumba and running.
I love doing Zumba too! But I have the same problem that you do, but not a much as I used too. I just try and find things to motivate myself. For example, I'll promise myself little treats after or while I'm working out , I'll be like " Just one more minute or just like there's only two more sets left." Just try to find the little small things in your workout or life that'll give you a push or more incentive to go that extra mile that'll keep you going. (;
