I want a quick glance to compare calories eaten, exercise logged and carbohydrates consumed. How do I do this? Thanks!
You can't necessarily compare side by side, but if you change the date on the food log page to a range (click the calendar next to the date), you can look at it that way -- this will let you see all the foods you ate daily. You can do the same thing with your activity log.
You can do something similar with the analysis page, however the food analysis is not broken out by days, only for the full range but it will give you the week/range average for all the regular things the analysis page has on it.
