Makes 1 serving

I eat this all the time whenever I need a really filling meal. It's absolutly delicious and keeps me full until my next meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Fortified Oatmeal

1/2 cup oats
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 tbsp almonds, sliced
1 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Fortified Oatmeal

  1. Place oats and soymilk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 and a half minutes (if you prefer thicker oatmeal simply heat for longer).

  2. Add peanut butter, almonds, and the fruit of your choice (blackberries or a sliced banana are my personal favourites). I add chia seeds as well for a little extra boost.
