1/2 cup Cucumbers
1/4 cup red bell peppers
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup onions
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for The Formula Mediterranean Salad

  1. In bowl, combine chicken, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, garbanzo beans and romain lettuce.

  2. In separate bowl mix lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic.

  3. Pour dressing over salad.
