Forgotten Chicken- So easy to put together and bakes for so long you'll forgot you were making it! (Could really serve between 4-6)

Recipe Ingredients for Forgotten Chicken

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken tenders
1 1/2 cups (1 can) Cambell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups (1 can) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup white rice
1/2 serving (1/2 package) dry onion soup mix

Recipe Directions for Forgotten Chicken

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Pour dry rice in the bottom of a shallow baking dish.

  3. Pour soups, water, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Whisk together until well combined.

  4. Pour enough soup mixture over the rice to cover it (about 1/2). set remainder aside

  5. Place chicken pieces on top.

  6. Pour remaining soup over everything.

  7. Top with 1/2 package dry onion soup mix

  8. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 90 minues.
