Recipe Ingredients for Forever Coleslaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
3 medium carrots, grated
8 green onions, sliced
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c white sugar
1 tbsp celery seed

Recipe Directions for Forever Coleslaw

  1. bring vinegar, oil, sugar and celery seed to a boil in a small pan

  2. pour hot mixture over vegetables, pressing the veg into the brine so all is covered

  3. cover and refridgerate for 2 days before serving
