COMBINE ALL IN 3 QRT HEAVY SAUCE PAN BOIL UNCOVERED UNTIL RICE ON TOP SEEM DRY ABOUT 8 MINUTES, THEN COVER AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT 15 MIN. THEN REMOVE FROM HEAT AND KEEP COVERED AND REST FOR 5 MIN. THEN FLUFF WITH FORK MAKES 4 AND 1/2 CUPS
