Recipe Ingredients for Food & Wine Mag Cornish Hen Thai Stew

1 tblsp dried green peppercorns
3 lbs cornish hens
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
5 tblsp red chilies
2 large onions
5 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tblsp ginger
1 1/2 tblsp galangal
4 tblsp lemon grass
1 cup bok choy
2 medium potatoes
2 tblsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp grated lime zest
1 tsp dried cilantro

Recipe Directions for Food & Wine Mag Cornish Hen Thai Stew

  1. Cook hens in skillet, put aside.

  2. Cook veggies, add water & spices, put hens back.

  3. Cook 25 min.

  4. Serve with Cilantro.
