very heavy bread. great for satisfying cravings for salty carbs without the mass amount of sodium or the mass amount of unhealthy carbs

Recipe Ingredients for food loaf

1 cup flour
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup tomato soup
79 gram cube firm tofu
1 tbsp seasoning
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp oil
2 tbsp psyllium husk

Recipe Directions for food loaf

  1. puree tofu

  2. mix ingredients

  3. bake at 400 untill brown
