40 g mango
30 g avocado
30 g halloumi cheese
100 g lettuce
20 g cashew nuts
1 tomato

Recipe Directions for Food For Friends Mango, Halloumi and Cashew Salad

  1. Cube some mango, leave some back to squeeze the nectar from to make a jus to coat your plate.

  2. Slice the avocado thinly.

  3. Slice the tomato to taste.

  4. Slice and lightly grill the halloumi.

  5. Arrange lettuce leaves onto plate.

  6. Place tomato, avocado and halloumi slices in a manner that you find pleasing to the eye.

  7. Toss in your nuts.

  8. Drizzle remainder of your nectar.
