Recipe Ingredients for Foo Foo beef and Mushroom

12 oz veggie crumbles
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl butter
2 tbl flour
1 cup skim milk
5 cups white button mushrooms, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 tbl garlic, minced

Recipe Directions for Foo Foo beef and Mushroom

  1. heat olive oil over medium heat

  2. add onion and garlic, cook till clear

  3. add mushrooms, cook ~ 15 minutes

  4. add butter melt

  5. add flour, stir constantly

  6. add milk, continue to stir, bring to boil

  7. reduce heat

  8. add veggie crumbles
