Recipe Ingredients for Foil Pack Bruschetta Chicken Bake

28 oz diced tomatoes, drained (Fire Roasted Tomatoes is Good)
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast halves (Season lightly with my hot pepper powder)
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, 2 % milk

Recipe Directions for Foil Pack Bruschetta Chicken Bake

  1. Add tomatoe to stuffing until moist

  2. place chicken on foil and put basil, stuffing and cheese on chicken.

  3. fold foil up over chicken leaving room for heat.

  4. cool at 400 degrees for 30- 35 minutes or until done.

  5. 165 degrees F.

  6. cool 5 mins and then cut slit in foil to release heat.

  7. Serve with a vegetable and salad.
