Recipe Ingredients for Fodni Cha Bhaat

1 cup cooked white rice
1 tsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp green chilies
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup parsley

Recipe Directions for Fodni Cha Bhaat

Heat oil in a pan, pour mustard seeds in it and after they splutter add green chilies, some asafoetida, turmeric and then the cooked rice (usually we use only leftover rice for this recipe) and then salt and mix well. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
