Foccacia bread made with olive oil and parmesan cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Foccacia Bread

1 cup water
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoons oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Foccacia Bread

  1. Place first six ingredients in a bread machine

  2. Set machine for dough

  3. When done, remove, knead lightly

  4. Press into a 12 inch circle on a lightly oiled pan

  5. Let rise until double

  6. Combine remaining oil and garlic

  7. Poke holes in dough with the end of a wooden spoon

  8. Pour oil & garlic over dough

  9. Top with cheese

  10. Bake 350 until done
