Recipe Ingredients for Flying Jacob

3 cups shredded chicken breast
2 bananas, halved horizontally
1 tbs flour
1 tbs butter
1 1/4 cup whole milk
2 tbs ketchup or chili sauce
4 oz turkey bacon
1 oz peanuts
1 tsp italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Flying Jacob

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Place chicken and bananas in casserole dish.

  3. Make a roux by cooking butter and flour 5 mins.

  4. Add milk and allow to come to a boil.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Add chilli sauce and seasoning.

  7. Pour over chicken in casserole.

  8. Bake 20 minutes.

  9. Meanwhile, dice bacon and fry crispy.

  10. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with bacon and crushed peanuts.
