2 serving whole grain wheat

Two Weetabix Original Whole Wheat biscuits smashed in a bowel. You can add a cup of boiled water or acup of warm milk. depending on your concern about calories. Add one tblsp of rose syrup and one tsp of honey. Mix well and enjoy your breakfast. It's so tastey and comforting to your stomach.
