Tapioca pudding made with Minute brand Tapioca and skim milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Fluffy Tapioca Cream

1 egg white
6 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Tapioca
2 cups skim milk
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Fluffy Tapioca Cream

  1. Mix sugar, Tapioca, milk and egg white in saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.

  2. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools)

  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool for 20 minutes.

  4. Stir and spoon into ramekins. Serve warm or cold
