Recipe Ingredients for Fluffy Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 1/2 grams Salt, Table
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 medium Egg, Whole
1 cup 1% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Small Curd, No Salt Added
0.5 serving Milk
2 tbsp Regular Stick
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol

Recipe Directions for Fluffy Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, milk and oil. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and whisk until completely blended.

  2. Spray a large skillet or griddle with cooking spray then heat over medium heat. Working in batches, form each pancake by spooning about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook, flipping pancakes once, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes total. Transfer to plates and serve.
