Recipe Ingredients for Flourless Quiche

60 g almond meal
40 g rice flour
25 g wheat gluten
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
70 g butter
3 tbsp water
5 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 onion
1 cup grated cheese
25 g feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Flourless Quiche

  1. make base. In processor mix flours, b powder, salt and chopped butter. Use iced water and add 1 tbsp at a time and pulse to mix. Press into quiche dish. (Will not roll out).

  2. Finely process onion and put in base. Add grated cheese and feta cheese (optional). Mix eggs, cream and a little water. Add to dish. Top with tomato if desired. Bake at 160 for approx 45 minutes until set.
