Recipe Ingredients for Flourless Banana Muffins

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Bran cereal
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup coconut
2 ripe banana
1 t vanilla
1 T baking powder
1/4 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Flourless Banana Muffins

  1. mix- applesauce,egg,molasses,banana,vanilla till smooth

  2. mix-

  3. oats,bran,baking powder,salt

  4. add mixtures together

  5. fold in- coconut, dried fruit or nuts at this stage

  6. bake 350

  7. approx 24 muffins
