1 1/2 c white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp shortening
5/8 c warm water
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Flour Tortilla - Homemade

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Add warm water and mix with knife

  3. Kneed dough till uniform, add a little extra flour if sticky

  4. Heat oil in pan and cook at med-high for approx 4 min on each side
