3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
250 grams Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
100 grams Shredded Coconut, Unsweetened
120 grams Blueberries
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Flour free Banana & Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork.

  2. Whip the eggs and mix it together with the bananas.

  3. Add coconut, blueberries and cinnamon and stir it together.

  4. Fry the pancakes on both sides in coconut oil on medium heat.
