A combined Flour and Corn Tortilla I make these all the time so much nicer than store wraps

Recipe Ingredients for Flour and Corn Tortilla

1/2 cup masa harina
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup warm water
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Flour and Corn Tortilla

  1. Add dry ingredients

  2. Add oil, mix til crumbly

  3. add water until forms a ball, should stick but not be sticky, too dry add a bit more water

  4. cut into 12-14 balls

  5. roll out on lightly floured service thin, i use a 9" pan top as a cutter to make perfect circles

  6. heat ungreased fry pan medium heat

  7. peel and place wrap in pan

  8. flip after bubbles form or about a minute

  9. store in a lidded container to keep warm and moist

  10. you can store the dough in fridge for a few days and roll out when needed or freeze for months
