Flounder & shrimp with shrimp sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Flounder stuffed with shrimp

12 ounces flounder fillet
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp butter
2 tsp flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp mustard
4 ounces shrimp

Recipe Directions for Flounder stuffed with shrimp

  1. Sprinkle lemon juice on flounder.

  2. Add salt & pepper.

  3. Roll each fillet around a shrimp.

  4. Arrange fillets in a greased baking pan, seam side down and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

  5. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour and gradually add milk and mustard, then add the rest of the shrimp (chopped).

  6. Bring sauce to a boil and stir for a minute or two to thicken and have the shrimp turn pink. Serve over fish.
