4 oz Flatfish (Flounder And Sole Species)
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.25 stick Butter

Recipe Directions for flounder fandango

  1. bake 350 till fish done.

  2. dice all veggies and cook then add on top of fish. used butter to cook all veggies and grease pan as per recipe...way to much butter used
