Recipe Ingredients for Florida chickend and fried quinoa

0.5 cup Quinoa
0.67 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
5 cherry Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 cup Spinach
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
8 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
15 grams Lime Juice
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Florida chickend and fried quinoa

  1. In a shallow container, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, and garlic.

  2. Place chicken breast into the mixture, and turn to coat.

  3. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat skillet to medium.

  5. get quinoa cooking

  6. Chop up spinach, onion, tomatoes, and celery

  7. drop chicken breast intp pan with marinade.

  8. fry chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until done

  9. place chicken on plate

  10. emty now cooked quinoa onto pan and use it to clean up all the left over marinade

  11. dump chopped up tomatoes, onion, spinach, and celery and fry untiln desired consistency.

  12. chop up chikken breasts into smaller and add to quinoa
