Recipe Ingredients for florentines

250 g almonds
300 g glace cherries
300 g sugar
2 tbsp butter
250 ml double cream
4 tbsp flour
200 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for florentines

  1. heat everything apart from chocolate in a oan until caramelised

  2. put on baking sheet in lumps

  3. bake hot for 10 minutes

  4. cool

  5. melt chocolate, add butter

  6. coat base of biscits with chocolate
