Spaghetti with a light spinach and cheese sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Florentine Spaghetti

1/3 lbs spaghetti
1/4 lbs spinach
1 cups milk
1/4 lbs cheese
1 large onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 cups water
2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Florentine Spaghetti

  1. boil spaghetti until aldente

  2. in a separate pan add 2 tsp of olive oil

  3. dice garlic and add to oil

  4. dice onions add to oil

  5. add spinach and cook down until leaves are wilted

  6. add milk and stir vigorously

  7. add cheese and water

  8. stir until cheese has melted

  9. drain spaghetti and then add to sauce

  10. toss with tongs

  11. serve hot
