Recipe Ingredients for Florentine Souffle

2 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
20 grams Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
30 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style

Recipe Directions for Florentine Souffle

Beat eggs with the water until frothy. Add other ingredients. Pour into 2 ramekin dishes. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
