Recipe Ingredients for Florentine Omelet

1 serving Egg Beaters Florentine
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.5 slice Singles American Cheese
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.5 serving Blend Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Florentine Omelet

Mix the egg and eggbeaters together in bowl. Use have of the oil to cook onions. Use the other half to grease egg pan. Pour egg mixture in pan. Cook on medium heat until semi-firm. Add onions and cheese to top of egg. Fold egg in half and serve.
