A good and nutritious way to use up hard boiled eggs from Easter. Using low-fat 4-cheese blend is a better option but I could not seem to enter that ingredient into my recipe. At the very worst, this recipe is a c+ as is.

Recipe Ingredients for Florentine Hash Browns Nests

1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup frozen hash browns
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 medium hard boiled egg (sliced)
14 g shredded cheese

Recipe Directions for Florentine Hash Browns Nests

  1. Pour the olive oil into skillet; create a nest on top of the olive oil

  2. Put hash browns on top of the olive oil

  3. Add the chopped spinach

  4. Season with Sea Salt, Pepper and a touch of Garlic Powder

  5. Put lid on the skillet and steam together for about 6 minutes

  6. Place slices of hard cooked egg on top of spinach

  8. Steam with lid on for about 4 more minutes
