Lean Turkey Vegetable and Flaxseed Casserole

1/2 lb turkey
7 g Flaxseeds
244 g milk
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 Bell pepper
1/2 Onion
12 g Spinach
6 oz basil
3 oz Thyme
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup cheese

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed Turkey Vegetable Casserole

Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Brown meat with lemon juice in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet and add ground flaxseed, spinach, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, onion, milk. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese, basil, thyme white pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
