Use as a healthier alternative to crackers or chips. Can leave out the cheese and garlic and add cinnamon, vanilla,etc. flavorings for more of a cookie type crisp.

Recipe Ingredients for flaxseed soy crisps

1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup soy flour
1 tbsp Splenda
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for flaxseed soy crisps

Mix ingredients together to a cookie like dough. I use a oven stone sprayed with nonstick cooking spray to bake them on. Spoon about a tbsp of dough onto the stone and spread into a thin cookie shape circle. Should get about 30 crisps total. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until crisp and lightly brown on edges
