2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1.49 oz Red Delicious Apples
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.13 tsp Salt
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 serving water 2 Tablespoon
1 serving Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed Pancakes

  1. Spray skillet with olive oil spray

  2. combine all ingredients well

  3. Pour into hot skillet and cook until brown on both sides

  4. Serve with organic butter or spray butter and syrup, agave nectar or your favorite low sugar jam
