Recipe Ingredients for Flaxseed Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oats
1/3 cup milled flaxseed
2 tbls sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbls maple syrup
2 tbls vegetable oil
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingrediants with a wisk

  2. Make like normal pancakes, it will be thick.
