Makes around 6 medium sized pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Flaxseed pancakes (no protien)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
4 tbsp Half and Half
1 dash Salt, Table
2 large Egg, Whole
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Sweet'N Low

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed pancakes (no protien)

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl

  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients, mix well

  4. Heat pan or griddle and use butter or coconut oil

  5. Pour mixture onto griddle

  6. Make sure to flip only after bubbles have formed (Makes 6 medium sized pancakes)
