Recipe Ingredients for Flaxseed muffins - 2nd try for better grade

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup Splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 apple
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/4 cup coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed muffins - 2nd try for better grade

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix liquid ingredients except for coconut oil

  3. grate apple into liquid ingredients and mix

  4. Mix liquid into dry ingredients, mix well

  5. spoon into mini muffin cups

  6. bake at 400 for 18 - 20 minutes
