Recipe Ingredients for Flaxseed Breakfast Wrap

3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1 large egg
1 med banana, sliced
1 tablespoon peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed Breakfast Wrap

  1. mix together ground flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and oil, in a small bowl. Beat in the egg and water until blended.

  2. Use spray oil on a microwave-safe glass or plastic pie pan. Pour in the batter and spread evenly over the bottom. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes. Use a spatula to lift off and fill with banana and peanut butter.
