With only 0.5 carbs this "low-carb - P3 legal bread" can be topped with avacado, tuna or BLT

Recipe Ingredients for Flaxseed Bread

2 cups flaxseed meal
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
4 eggs
1/2 c water
1/3 c olive oil

Recipe Directions for Flaxseed Bread

  1. Grind flaxseeds

  2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl

  3. Mix eggs, water & oil together.

  4. Add to flaxseeds and stir thoroughly.

  5. Let sit for 2 minutes while flax gels

  6. Pour into 10x15" parchment lined pan

  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  8. Cool, cut into 12 pieces.
