not very sweet so add cream cheese icing

Recipe Ingredients for Flax, wheat and Carrot muffins

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
4 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup wheat bran
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
50 ml milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup carrot, shredded
1 apple
30 g raisins,
1 ripe banana, mashed

Recipe Directions for Flax, wheat and Carrot muffins

  1. wet

  2. dry

  3. add dry to wet,

  4. back at 375 for 30 mins or until it's mostly dry. will not be completely dry b/c of added banana moisture, store in fridge
