4 1/4 cups water
8 tbsp ground flax seed
4 1/2 scoops protein powder

  1. add all ingredients in large pot, cook as per directions on oats package.

  2. Refridgerate for the week and enjoy being prepared!

  3. (really yummy with some yogurt, fresh fruit and small amount of almonds)
