Recipe Ingredients for Flax Seed Focaccia Bread

2 cups flax seed meal
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs splenda
5 eggs
1 cup water
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Flax Seed Focaccia Bread

  1. Prehead oven to 350

  2. Oil parchment paper and place in a 10"x15" pan with sides

  3. Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine well

  5. Let batter set for 2-3 minutes

  6. Spread batter evenly onto prepared pan

  7. Bake for about 20 minutes and nice and brown or until it springs back when you touch it.
